Strategic communications for medical device, healthcare, and other complex, regulated, or mission-driven organizations.
Freelance Offerings
I spent nearly a decade inside medtech media, building audiences, launching research-driven programs, and advising executives at one of the industry's most recognized brands. I've since built a civic organization from zero — brand, content system, and stakeholder network — without a budget and a team. That combination is what I bring to every engagement: I understand how complex, regulated industries actually communicate, and I know how to build the infrastructure that gets a message in front of the right people and keeps it consistent over time.
Not sure where to start? Every engagement begins with a Discovery Call (free, 30 minutes) to identify which package fits your goals, timeline, and budget. Packages below can be combined or customized.

Why Regulated-Industry Rates Run Higher
Some packages list a higher investment for regulated or complex industries — medical device, healthcare, finance, and similar sectors.
Communicating inside a regulated industry means every message has to hold up to more scrutiny: clinical accuracy, regulatory sensitivity, and a stakeholder list that includes not just customers but compliance teams, medical professionals, and sometimes regulators themselves. Getting that wrong is a real business and reputational risk. Pricing for that work reflects the additional care, industry fluency, and cross-functional coordination it requires, and not just extra time on the clock.
